Welcome to your new home in E/F Åkandehusene II, located at Gyngemose Parkvej 10–16 & 22–24, Søborg. This short guide will help you get started and give you an overview of how things work in the building and community.
About the Property
E/F Åkandehusene II is a shared residential property managed by a owners’ association. Both owners and tenants live here, and we all share responsibility for keeping the property clean, safe, and enjoyable.
The daily operations and maintenance are handled by our administrator, Heimstaden. If you’re a tenant, Heimstaden is also your landlord.
Need Help or Have a Problem?
- For practical issues (e.g. repairs, keys, payments): contact the Administrator.
- For general questions about the building or community: reach out to the Board of the Association.
Waste & Recycling
We sort our waste carefully to follow local rules and protect the environment.
- There are bins in the basement for sorting food waste, paper, plastic, metal, and more.
- Larger items or hazardous waste should be taken to the local recycling center nearby.
Please follow the sorting instructions posted in the waste area. If you’re unsure, ask a neighbor or check online – it’s better to ask than guess.
Shared Responsibilities
Living here means being part of a community. That includes:
- Keeping common areas clean and tidy
- Respecting your neighbors
- Following basic house rules and sorting your waste properly
We all benefit from a well-maintained and respectful environment.
Insurance
The building is covered by property insurance through the association.
You are still responsible for your own personal insurance, for example, to cover your belongings or personal liability.
